PSN account and server time out errors
I'm beyond frustrated by Sony, Playstation, and their asinine requirements.
I got this game, I'm required to link a PSN account that I created specifically to play this game, I get to the page where I have to add adress and ID but then I get an error that the server has timed out.
I´ve tried, restarting, resetting, different Networks, VPN, new accounts with new emails, but every time I get the same error. Anyone else in a similar situation? does anybody have a solution? I've tried all major ones you can find online but none did the trick...

Heyo!

I get same issue but trying different browsers have seem to work for me. Chrome never works for me but Mozilla & Edge either of those works. It's not just with the PSN but anything Sony seems to have some issue.

I recently bought a Sony Camera & waned to register it for extended warranty & what do you know? Had the same issue but Mozilla worked this time.

I've tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox on Windows, and Firefox, chrome and Brave on Android to no avail. :(
I can't even find a way to contact PSN Support Europe that's not an endless circle of FAQ and useless instructions.

Mind clearing cookies & what not in Mozilla & try?

If nothing works you could give your ISP a call & see what they can do. I had this issue with Rockstar Social with my previous ISP & they'd reset something & I was able to login to Social. I hope clearing cache & cookies should fix if not your ISP can help out.

After spending the entire morning on it, eventually it went through... No idea why? I hadn't changed anything lol

Maybe A LOT of new PSN registrations for various Chrismas presents where a bit too much for the servers? :)

got a similiar problem in ragnarok.
created 2 accounts.
Could only creat a account in Opera. Mozilla, Edge and chrome doesnt work.
After i created the account with validation...i got ingame a message "Account is not activated", (in Opera it shows "activated".)

Try a new account.
Works perfect.
Try to login in Ragnarok = wrong password. (try it 10 times with the same PW in my Browser)

The only thing that worked was to login via QR-Code from my smartphone. (with my first account)

Needed 2 hours to play a singeplayer game.
Its the worste thing sony has done
And we are not the only ppls with those problems.
Check Ragnarok reviews in steam

(It was a few month ago)

I don't buy games that require 3rd party accounts anymore. I really want to play this too. I keep checking back hoping they'll change their minds.

GG! In the end Firefox is where it worked for me aswell but on Win 10.
