Output Mode is STILL not working properly
the original game does not have this problem, im not restarting my computer every time i load up the Remastered version of the game, i literally dont see how this cannot be fixed with a simple patch, it was working before these patches. it seems to fix one thing and then break something else. DEVS PLEASE FIX OUTPUT MODE SO IT DOES NOT JUST LOOK INVISIBLE AND I CANNOT CHOOSE WHERE TO SEND THE AUDIO TO HEAR. NEXT PATCH FIX?

Update: i guess you cannot use your PS5 contoller's jack for sound output since this game seems to not work with it even though the complete edition has no problems doing so. these devs are fixing one thing and breaking another and its getting annoying.

What is the issue? This doesn't make any sense to me.

the same issue that the complete edition has when it comes to audio but that version works compared to the remaster. the devs learned nothing it seems. i think it has to do with the PS5 controller, i am trying to test if its because i am using the jack on the controller and having an output through that where it doesnt work with this game because it works fine with the complete edition, so the remaster has an issue where if you plug a jack into the ps5 controller to hear the game through that it just does not want to function.

Is the PS5 controller actually recognized as an audio device in the windows audio control panel? Is it set to Default device? Does it work in other applications?

You're not showing any form of self-research into solving the problem.

i LITERALLY answered your question, maybe you cant read but i explained it already, i would not be here complaining if i didnt try to do everything you've asked. nothing works on the remaster other than NOT using my ps5 controller as an audio output, which means the devs need to fix it, as this was a problem in the complete edition as well, AGAIN i mentioned this before. if this does not show you then idk what to tell you.

No you LITERALLY said nothing. Maybe you IMPLIED something, but how should we know what you've tried already. The update could've coincided with a windows update that reset your audio device priority. A GPU Driver update can also do that, and reset it to HDMI.

But you seem to be rather toxic, so I'll disengage. Doing us both a favor.

idk what you're doing here in the first place but look yourself in a mirror since your first comment brought nothing to the conversation even though i was extremely clear using context clues. next time unless you have a potential solution do YOURSELF a favor and shut the ♥♥♥♥ up.
