False because it's an improvement to have a homogenized and standardized graphic quality close to that of West, while waiting for the third episode. Same story, same gameplay, few improvements like double tap for rolling.

well its not worth nearly £50 for higher brightness lvls and a clearer image.

The work done on this remaster is excellent without breaking the feeling of the original game. The "very positive" reviews confirm this on all social networks. And the upgrade price for old players is very fair, cheaper than most remasters. It's now a bundle. What do you expect?

its a cash grab minimum effort to justify a higher purchase price.because the old game has ducked down where its no longer raking in the cash.

Just go look at the Sony store everything is max price even the oldest titles.

No, it's not "minimum effort": I'm sure it took many months of work for this remaster, the mention of ten hours of motion recapture is just a drop in the timeline, I think. Also, the full price of the Dawn bundle is 10 cheaper than West (€50 vs €60), to have the same quality, therefore it's really more than a fair price. Personally this remaster is my favorite game of all time, Dawn is my favorite game since this year, more than Dead Island, even after playing West, but this remaster is even more breathtaking for me. If you don't like the Horizon saga and don't want to play it, that's okay, there's something for everyone.

There's a lot more than just "brighter image" (they made indoor lighting a lot more natural, which is a massive improvement to me), but they also made the water look a lot less.. well, crap. So improved natural lighting, massively improved water rendering, improvements to Aloy herself as well as side characters' skins - and the best change of all to me is that the dialogue doesn't look like weird puppets trying to talk anymore with all the same stiff animations on repeat. They actually went through the trouble of adding more animations to the characters.

Besides, if you already own the original game, you only need to pay what.. 10 euros?

My only complaint is the stupid PSN poison that came with it, but that is easily bypassed with a mod.

It's not a cash grab, it's simply a.. "power move" from SONY to ENFORCE a MANDATORY PSN Account..

All of the effort put into this remaster from SONY was 100% only to ENFORCE that UNNECESSARY GARBAGE alone.

They didn't realize that HERE they are guests, theyare on the STEAM Store, NOT on the PlayStation Store..

remastered+DLC: 50
if you got the old ZD: Remastered = 10
