Arrow Glitch

Anyone having trouble with Arrows suddenly deciding to not fire? I know the button on my controller is not broken as I can use it for melee attacks. The moment I pull out my arrow, sometimes it works and sometimes I get nothing. This is really frustrating.

I just had this glitch while fighting 2 sawtooths for a quest. Not ideal, but I had to kill them melee since the arrows werent working and neither was the tripwire. Glad its not just me - means it may get fixed. Sooner than later I hope.

I'm having the same issue but it started only after a couple hours in "the proving" mission

This was happening to me, same issue started a few hours into the game, I messed around using DSX3, native mode, dual sense emulation, nothing worked.
I added HZD Remastered to GLOSSI, even though it's a Steam game, it fixed my problem or the problem went away and it's a coincidence!

My main issue is that adaptive triggers aren't working, I have my controller wired, also games with dualsense adaptive triggers normally require you to disable Steam controller input, if I disable it my controller doesn't work in game. Anyone else?

I disabled Steam Input for the game, it seems to have helped. The glitch hasn't happened again since I did that at least.

Having the same issue, un-equipping & re-equipping doesn't work, I have to save & reload every time it does it.

In addition, I am finding that input really gets messed up/lags like crazy in combat. I imported my save which was just after the proving. And its not that my PC is overheating or anything - Black Myth Wukong is the only game I've played in awhile that really pushes these aspects. (cpu is i7 13700k and gpu is RTX3080 - this is plenty to play as performance outside combat is fine).

Hopefully this will be patched soon.

Have the same problem. Using PS5 controller, keep losing ability to shoot, have to exit the game and restart to getting back.

I had this happen twice, both in a battle (Proving and then the first battle after Seeker status). Was playing with XB1 controller, switched to PS4 controller, hasn't happened since. May try disabling Steam Input too.

Same here, hotfix didn't work... Just restarting the game works for me but that's not okay since it happens every single fight for me. They really have to fix this! :(

Thank goodness I'm not going crazy. Between this, the crashing if I try to use High textures and the damn control lag, the game could use a patch.

yeah this broke the game, happens all the time for me I've had enough now , thought i could play and enjoy the new motion capture for dialogue, but i can't even fight properly , if it isn't arrows shooting it's the spear not working
