Language pack. I can't change the audio language

The game was successfully installed. I live in Japan. I initially downloaded the game from the Japanese Steam servers. In my interface text box, the language changes normally, but in the spoken languages ​​section, English is marked and the language is kind of grayed out, making it impossible to move the right or left arrows to change the language.

I've already tried clearing the Steam cache.

I've tried putting Steam in administrator mode by default and the game too.

I've already uninstalled the game and installed it from the Rio de Janeiro, Brazil servers.

I've already tried setting the Windows time zone and language to English, Portuguese and Spanish.

None of the above worked. Now all I can do is ask for some help.

If anyone knows how to manually download the language packs and how to install them, I'd be grateful.

According to steamdb.info, the Japan version of the game includes and only includes full audio in Japanese and English. Guess the country/region of your Steam store wasn't set to Japan when you purchased it, which means the version you bought isn't the right one.

To change the audio language and download the language pack of choice, you will have to change the language settings for the game on Steam:

Open your Steam Library
Right click the game title and select Properties....
Go to the Language tab
Select the language you wish to use from the drop-down menu
If the game supports the language you have selected, files for that language may need to be downloaded before you can play.
