ultra hard mode easier

I've beaten the original game on ultra hard mode no ng+ and the new remaster feels easier, is it just me? The enemies seems to aggro a lot less and the health pool for th enemies seem to have gotten smaller too. Correct me if im wrong but i remember not one shotting enemies doing a sneak attack in the original until i got upgrades.

I had the same feeling when I started a new save on UH. I can just kind of stand around and wait for the enemy to attack and then go for a melee hit or weakspot and I couldn't do that reliably in the original. I hope it's just a weird feeling and not the actual truth that UH is easier.
