-Benchmark crashes during results screen (Disable HDR as a workaround, Nixxes is aware)
-Similar audio issues as OP
-Have to manually force stop the game in steam when quitting
Audio is low on only the pre-rendered cut scenes. (Why there are pre-rendered cut scenes in the game I have no idea when on FW all cut scenes were in engine and only pre-rendered on the PS4)
I also have to hit STOP in Steam. The funny thing is when you goto task manager the .exe is no longer running. For some reason Steam does not know that the .exe is no longer running and just sits there waiting.
I opened a ticket with Nixes on the game not properly shutting down, and to let them know of my displeasure with the pre-rendered cut scenes at the end of the game as they break immersion as just like in the original Aloy is wearing her outfit at the beginning of the game.
My benchmark results, not sure what your issue is.
Doesn't happen to me at all. Post your benchmark results, let's see if what you're saying is BS or not.
The having to force stop is due to the PS SDK not closing which is why the game doesn't show. Oddly it will stop by itself on very rare occasions
After linking, after the introduction cinematic, HZD logo is displayed, before the main menu appears game crashes on FIRST launch.
Second try, game goes to the main menu. No available NG+ so the save games at least in my case did not carry from the original version to this Remastered one. Well, I can start from scratch, many will not want to do it and shout about it .
So far, it's working well in Win11 and 2080 gpu maxed settings, of but I don't need more than 1080p and 60Hz so it should too.
Same here, but for me even force stop does nothing, i have to restart Steam.
Also visual glitches within the first ten minutes. This is pretty pathetic.
I also have framerate drops during conversations with npc's, accompanied by flickering lighting.
I'm sure patches will fix these issues! I remember there being similar issues with HFW at launch.
Great port of the remaster so far otherwise!
