Keep in mind the minimum system requirements listed below. The minimum specs are aimed at running the game with the Very Low preset in a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels with an average frame rate of 30 FPS. The recommended specs are aimed at Medium settings with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and an average frame rate of 60 FPS.

If you have disabled the launcher, you can re-enable it again in the game settings. You can also force the game to show the launcher by using a launch command option:
Right click the game on Steam, go to properties and add -launcher in the Launch Options field.
