how to get preorder items?

So I imported a savegame and I got tokens for the carja storm ranger, banuk trailblazer, carja mighty bow, and banuk culling bow. However it seems that no merchant will actually sell me those weapons/outfits. They all just have the standard treasure boxxes and I can't find them under weapons/outfits either. Anyone know what merchant trades these items?

I started a new game and got them from Karst, in the Embrace. That's the trader where you buy the Trip-Caster very early in the game.
