I'm using high and very high settings and no upscaling. Like I said in my first post, whatever the issue is it's completely unaffected by changing any of the in-game graphics options. I tried everything in the menu on all settings. It almost seems like the textures for those two costumes are rendering at the wrong resolution. It doesn't show up in the screencaps I took but when you pan the camera around, the textures become really distorted, like they're tearing vertically in alternating rows.
I was playing in 'fullscreen' at 144Hz, and I've since changed it to 'exclusive fullscreen' with v-sync turned on, and while the issue is very-slightly still there, it is far better than what it used to be. As someone else who has been searching for a fix for this, I hope this helps.
