Is "New Game+" possible if I migrated a save where I already completed the game in the original version?
Pretty much what it says on the subject line: I successfully migrated one of my saves from the original HZD where I already completed the game. However, the 'New Game+' on the main page screen for HZD Remaster remains unclickable. Is there a way to start New Game+ that I'm missing, or do I need to start fresh all over again?

You need to import a save that was made after completing The Looming Shadow. If you import a save that was made after starting a New Game+ you will only be able to continue that NG+ save in the Remaster and the option to start another NG+ in Remaster won't unlock until you again complete The Looming Shadow.

You might need to create a New Game+ load-out from the imported save. So load the old save, then on the pause screen you should see a create NG+ load-out on the menu. Assuming that save is eligible to create a NG+ load-out. It should be given the conditions you stated.
