The same here.
i9 13900K, RTX 4090, 64 GB RAM, Windows 11 Pro 24H2, driver 566.03.
I have tried drivers 560.94, 565.90, 566.03 and it still doesn't work.

By crashing, do you mean starting the game leads to a Blue Screen of Death? If so, I am in the same boat. i7-11700K, 48 GB RAM, RTX 3080 Ti

Locking up and Crashing to desktop, sometimes even restarting my PC, even downclocked my CPU to 4.6 and 4.8ghz with an undervolt of 0.050 to see if that helps but no go i'm afraid.

I think I've had 3 crashes in 2 playthroughs, I'm on AMD 5600 RTX 3080 32GB ddr4 3600mhz cl16

Interestingly, unlike the original, not a single crash here. 3060, 8700k @4,5ghz, 2x8gb 3466mhz cl17, win 10

A lot of crashing for me as well. Task manager shows GPU 3D usage at almost 100% even with lowest graphical settings while using RTX 4080 and i9-14900K, I feel like this is not normal and I'm a bit annoyed. Fans blowing like their lives depend on it. FPS is completely fine though, no problems there. Just constant freeze crashing. Doesn't seem to matter what graphics quality is being used.

You can try "disabling" the PSN-Overlay by adding the Launch Option "-showlinkingqr" (without "") to the Steam properties of the game.

While in the game's properties, you can also try disabling Steam features for this game, like Steam overlay or the new recording feature. Might be worth a try.

There could be other things running in the background that cause these problems.

Also, crashes like that could come from a general instability of the system. Insufficient Power Supply, unstable memory timings or other overclocking, for example.

I've had a couple of crashes early on due to a key-binding bug but other than that, the game runs pretty stable for me. I have everything I mentioned above disabled by default.

The only real crash I had lately was actually caused by Steam, when the SteamWebHelper process shut down for whatever reason...

unless you cap framerate if a game is not CPU bottlenecked it will use 100% of the GPU this is normal

My system passes all the CPU/GPU stress tests i can throw it it but this game crashes every few minutes even when standing still or in menus doing nothing.

I used REVO Uninstaller for nVidia drivers and installed Driver 565.90 and it seems stable although FPS is fluctuating a little more below 60 at times with these drivers compared to 566.03.

CPU @5GHZ all core @20-30% and 61 degrees C, GPU @99-100% at 71 degrees C and 60-80 FPS @1440p and only crashed once in 2 hours.

Windows 10 22H2
Corsair RM850X power supply.

I only had one issue with this game, this was prior to the patch, system did a full restart while riding to Meridian, no BSOD.

Event manager just shows a kernel power message.

Ryzen 9 5950X/RTX 3090, Nvidia Studio driver: 565.90

Sometimes the game just crashed, but often whole Windows until the BlueSreen of Death... very annoying. After every Crash Steams says to me I habe 5-10GB of Defekt Game Data...
OC or not OC mode on my PC nothing chanced, also SSD or M.2 did no difference.
When I look at the system Power nothing looks suspicuous (no extrem Heat, no full (V)Ram)
PC Specs.

Ryzen 7 3700X
32GB RAM (DDR4) 2400MHz
Radean RX 6700XT

No crash here with Gigabyte 5800X and RX6600, Windows 10, no BSOD at all since many years, unlike Intel plus Nvidia, but according to recent press articles it would be due to Intel although I noticed that Nvidia was very fragile in terms of electricity despite a Corsair power supply and an inverter. I lost my last four previous Nvidia cards very quickly for no apparent reason. Thus I decide to buy AMD again after 15 years. So stable now.

yeah I have been on Ryzen since launch (Now on a 5800X3D) and upgraded to my 6800XT a couple of years ago from a 1070Ti and have no issues with it. Nvidia don't care about the gaming segment as the data centre and AI markets are what has pushed their stock price sky high.

What error message(s) do you get on the BlueScreens?
