Updated AMD Fidelity FX files for FSR

Here are the updated files for FSR, just drop the DLL's into the folder containing the game exe and overwrite or make copies of the originals.

These files update the FSR incremental version so 3.1.x for example and is for ALL USERS and is NOT part of a driver or specifically for AMD

Hopefully this will help.

It should also work for any FSR3 game.

It will trigger a Shader Compilation

++ These files will be replaced by the original version by a patch or verification I have notified Nixxes of the updated dll's so I hope they implement them ++

(You may need to Copy and paste the link to get past the 400 error due to steams forwarding method)

They are from AMD's GPUOpen project https://gpuopen.com/ or https://github.com/GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs just repackaged in a 7z for ease of use

I just shared the 2 files needed to update the FSR3 Version to a newer one (same can be done with DLSS) There is a file for the Vulkan runtime that I did not include as Horizon ZDR/FW do not use it.

For DLSS you can use: https://github.com/beeradmoore/dlss-swapper

It will allow you to easily change the files for any game that is compatible (dlss 2 and up)

{Note: DO NOT UPDATE the AMD files for multiplayer games as they are part of the checks and could cause problems}

[SINGLE PLAYER GAMES ARE FINE - You can alter most files in single player games the DLL's for FSR and DLSS (possibly XeSS too) you CAN change]

I got them from AMD's GPUOpen, they are safe, I've used them, it has stopped some flashing that occurred with FrameGeneration on. Please don't discourage someone trying to help people have a better experience.

I simply made it easier for people to do as there are a lot of files and folders to sift through to find them, and like I said, I've used them and found my experience to be better

I don't trust you, such dropbox files are not official. This is not just text translations, it is code. Steam manual files verification, and I suppose in the long term for the PSN overlay, are precisely to ensure the validity of the code and the safety of customers, to protect them from villains, despite the incessant slander. Learn how to use a computer mate, you say you're a coder then you should understand that changing dll's to update a version of FSR or DLSS is something you CAN do, I've been doing it for a long time with DLSS and steam games, no you can't change them in a multiplayer but you can in single player. the overlay doesn't care, stop trying to look clever and let someone help people

Nixxes may also see this and put it in the next update because the files are literally just drag and drop

OMG I HAVE, but you get loads of files, it's a 450Mb file, lot's of folders with nothing telling you what to look for but I did so to make it easy I just stuck the in a 7z file and stuck em on dropbox, i didn't add the vulkan file as horizon ZD/FW doesn't use vulkan. get off my back keyboard warrior, you are just discouraging people from a better experience because you have nothing else better to do.
