Forbidden West has the same texture problems using the latest drivers
Proof this is working for me

Hi. I'm using an AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX, but thank you anyway. I solved the texture LOD issue affecting some objetcs by resetting/clearing the display driver shader cache.
However, the popping problem of some plants/grass at close range from the player is different and still occurs after resetting the display driver shader cache. It's like if the 3D full-detailed model of some plants/grass only pops in when you're right close to them. So, I need to investigate the latter "issue" further. Perhaps, this is intended asset streaming behavior for some game's assets.
I updated my post accordingly.

Hi. Thank you for recording and sharing these videos. While the popping at close range issue I experienced is not as severe as it looks in your videos, they clearly show the nature of the reported issue and what I tried to describe with words. Videos are always more effective, so thanks again. The issue intensity might also depend on the specific area or location, just guessing.
It seems an asset-streaming issue. I'm running the game with an i9-12900K, RX 7900 XTX, 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3600 CL14 XMP, and the game is installed on an M.2 PCIe SSD.
Are you also using an SSD?
Yes, SSD and I even checked it if everything is alright with it and it seems everything is fine.

Thank you. So, it seems likely a game issue.
If possible, could you share a save-game file(s) near the location of your videos so I can check the same sequence you recorded and see if I get the same results?
Seems like a glitch where every object outside of Aloys "bubble" warps to a lower LOD version, drastically.
Thanks for sharing. Yes, if the asset-streaming popping issue at a close distance also occurs on PS5, is likely a game issue.
