"A Call for Arms" (Quest) goals.

The quest given by the wolf merchant in the border camp and Dura'Tyr provides quest item lists of the weapons that he wants (one Taymorian, one Outlands). However, it isn't clear from the writing just which weapons qualify, and the quest tracker doesn't show the individual items as objectives. This makes it difficult to be certain what the player should be holding on to: is any item with a description that suggests Taymurian origin supposed to work? Is it only items that explicitly have "Taymurian" in their name? Somewhere in between those two?

The quest description needs to clarify this point (for Outlands ones as well), and/or the tracker should list each item type and show when the player is carrying something appropriate to it.

Totally agree. I have absolutely no idea, what to do with these quests. Where are those weapons? There're none with such names. Do you have to collect them all and only then go to the merchant?

Actually, quest descriptions and follow-ups are non-informative. These 2 quests are good examples of how confusing are descriptions for most quests.

I'd agree that the 'weapon fetch' quests need some work. The first quest I was able to complete as soon as I received it, only because I had a ton of weapons that needed to be sold and I just happened to not have sold any when I arrived at the Border camp. The other quest however is still sitting around unfinished, and I have already beaten the game.

The only thing I can think of to 'finish it' would be to just kill respawns in Chapter 3 until I manage to get a whole bunch of random weapons and hope that they will be the ones that the quest needs for you to complete it.


This quest definitely needs to either:

A) Have the description updated so that it lists the actual weapon names.

or

B) It needs to mark off the weapons as you pick them up.

I was carrying so many loot with me, I got the quest and was able to give it away in the next instant, not even seeing the journal. I'm not even sure if the quality of weapons would have influenced the gain.
