where is the last piece of the treasure map?

I'm trying to get the third piece of the treasure map, but I can't find it anywhere. The pieces I've got are the one on top of a truck in B11, and the one I bought in Badilla. Where should I go looking for the third piece?

Never mind. I've figured it out from the game files . The last map piece is in the Lilitu Prison (B13). There's a safe in the corner of the room across the prison cells. The cursor wouldn't turn into a hand unless fully zoomed in, so it was fairly easy to miss.
