i'd hate to say this but it sounds super plagiarized from a japanese TV show's soundtrack called daitsuiseki (the great chase). it was a detective drama whose soundtrack was written by Yuji Ohno (You and the Explosion band). You can find it on youtube by typing in yuji Ohno - The Great Chase. I could be wrong though, they might have gotten yuji on this project to write the music or got his permission idk.
