Protein shake machine

Is anyone facing any glitches with the protein shake machine I have all the ingredients but it’s not filling the machine

work fine for me, are you sure you push "E" button (many time) and look up at the same time to check if the ingredients are accepted by the macfhine ?

Yea the first time I did it it worked fine but the second time I filled the ingredients but when I press e it doesn’t fill the machine is it because the protein powder is 5.5/5 and the water is 5/5 I don’t know

is there a way where i empty the machine and add the ingredients again
