The grid above is a representation of the board for the Microscope Puzzle.  The "X" is a green piece and an "O" is a blue piece.  Take notice of the numbers 1-7 and letters A-G.  I will use these to refer to coordinates.  I will give you the origin coordinate, a letter and number, then a ":" and the destination coordinate.

I just beat the microscope puzzle an hour or so ago, i tought Stauf had me beat but then he jumped to the upper corner where there were the only spots left, leaving himself vulnerable in the deadly O shape, which I took advantage of and jumped to the center. Bye bye Stauf!

Sure took quite a few tries though.

I *hate* this game! Tried more than 100X (literally 100 times) and it simply would *not* move A1:A2. I tried a dozen times to reverse the orientation (essentially switching your grid top/bottom and left/right) and *every* time the stupid computer would move to F1 nine moves in - which prevents step 9 from G1 to F3. It's no fault of your instructions - the predictive A.I. on this game is just too good. I got tired of wasting my time and just used the cheat.

I've only tested my solution on 3 different CPUs in the 20 years the game has been around. I figured my solution wouldn't magically work on some machines. Now it is confirmed.
