Platinum Trophy - How to get it?

Hey guys, could anybody here tell me how do you get the Platinum Trophy? I have them all but am missing that one and the description is not really useful.

After getting the rest of the achievements, the guy started up a level and a few seconds later it unlocked.

I haven't tried it yet as I still have a few achievements to go.

Thank you very much! Confirmed, sign out of steam then back in, play the game and the achievement unlocks right away as you start a level. I guess you need to have all the other achievements, of course.

First game I complete to 100% ever! :D
