Yes, this is exactly what I want. Or at least a modern city that looks old (like Lucca in Lombardy).

It's something available via mod assets that are available, linsk can apparently foudn i tnhe video description on youtube.

That aside, it didn't seem as if it was actually a funtioning city, seemed more like a pure graphical project.
