If you're wondering where the hell the new content is...go into Content Manager > Styles and activate the Modern City Center style. If the style is not activated, you cannot even use Find It! to access the assets in-game.

Once activated, search for 'mcw' in Growables > High Density Commercial and place with PlopTheGrowables, or use the district style to apply to a district.

I WAITED 6 MONTHS.and at the end of the 39 houses which I can download from the workshop.and a lot of problems with the mod which I played...I'm disappointed...now I can't let my city go...it feels like developers don't care.they're just trying to make modi's plans not work....Badly...very badly...I even think bolsche not play!!!!6 months for 39 Doodle ...

The 39 growable buildings they are not modern,just like the years 1980s .

Fantastic DLC! Well worth the few dollars

Once again, paid mods bs... Furthermore: I also stopped playing even when Unity3D runs on 6 cores x2 out of 8 cores x2 on my dual socket workstation, it still lags... This game is more of a crap-ware now than an enjoyable game.
