Bulldozing structures built in pause mode should give full refund

Pause mode would basically be 'build/plan mode', so if you bulldoze something you built while in pause mode, it would give full refund (since it didnt even exist for a second! the world was paused for the entire time!)

So you can build your roads while in pause mode and bulldoze when it doesnt work, and not lose money in the progress.

Which makes sense, since the stuff you built was never used by the citizens. If building things has an effect, it should be applied after pause mode is disabled (or people could just build&destroy for free and get the effect all while in pause mode)

+1 I've wasted millions trying to get highway intersections just right... Though the two-way one-way patch did help a lot

there is a full refund mod (this isn't exactly your solution but it is nearly so)

• full refund from roads while paused only
  
• full refund when bulldozing a building (pause not considered)
