Powelines error

I keep getting a error that spams everytime i use powerlines or community workshop variants. anyone else gotten this?

System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'Problem'. Yup i do, i think i've fixed everything else. i just found out that i'm using 100 MODS, probably i need to dial it back a bit.. but yer the only error left is this one every time i go to un pause my city it pops up.. The new 81 tile Mod has got power through roads as i was using another power line Mod. I was told to change too 81 tile MOD 2, I also noticed that the 81 tile Mod isn't showing painted areas outside the 25 tiles either..
