Help with Cathedral of Plentitude

I've placed down every city service building in the game (31) and my unlock for the Cathedral of Plentitude is stuck at 27/30. Help please!

Think that's all of them. I don't think bus stops or parks are needed.

I think it's important to remember that you have to have them all at the same time to unlock the Cathedral.

Yeah, I have every single one of those placed down at once, but still I'm stuck at 27/30 >.>

I think they also need to be working. If they are not working for some reasons (turned off, no access to water/electricity...) then it will not work.

are all of those you have placed game originals? i think if any is a downloaded version it will not be counted.

I turned off some of the main money hogging ones, but even when they were running they didn't make the count go up. And I replaced all the ones that weren't originals with the original buildings. The dumps and cemeteries are as empty as can be and everything has power and water.

I have also placed every single one of them on my map. no mods are installed and all of the buildings are original, never modified. all are fully enabled on the same map, with power and water, and not disabled. I checked each one and placed double the amount even by selecting each one, one after another, and placed them on the map. I did this for all buildings, even parks and the dam, a total of 53 buildings in all placed one after another. I am stuck at 29/30.

Ok guys, start over. Go to the load screen and verify that "Achievement Availability" isn't showing a red (/) symbol on the gold chalice. If it does you're screwed (not available). The game seems to remember any previous mod installed, and once saved it breaks the achievements (it seems from what I've seen).

I'm also trying to get this achievement and I'm at 29/30 but I need to get my population up to the next mile stone to add the airport, which should make it 30. If not, then I need the international airport (which is new for AD).

I can verify that you need the DAM and perhaps the taxi depot (not sure on the taxi depot). My services that I don't need were dropped on the map as ON, then I waited for the number to increment, and if I don't need it (like the dam) then I turned it off (still counts though).

If worse comes to worse (and you verified that achievements are available), I would suggest bulldozing every single service and start over, one by one. Before you drop a new service, you should verify that the number incremented by one (after you dropped the previous service). Sometimes the number takes a moment to update so don't panic.
