AMD FPS problem (game not really playable anymore)
I have an Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 With Boost. Everything was okay at first. But now I get some graphical glitches sometimes and my FPS is also really uplayable. I got 8gb RAM and an i5-4690.. Game is installed on a samsung 840 SSD

I also have newest catalyst drives. I've tried d3d9. Game is so unplayable that i've reverted to sim City 5.. with pain in my hearth (ultra settings there and not a single fps problem)...

I love this game, but even with lowest settings fps is like 17 (not much fps change from high to low anyway) when my city is at a size of 10k > citizens.

( I've also tried almost all FAQ solutions.. The graphical glitches I was talking about happen a bit later in game and it looks like a big black square with some pointy black lines coming out of it. )

This was in my log file:

(Filename: Line: 1583)

HandleD3DDeviceLost
HandleD3DDeviceLost: still lost
Skipped frame because GfxDevice is in invalid state (device lost)

Anyway this is my output log:

*** fps doenst even change when i set it at 25% (dynamic resolution) or 300% .

Disable all mods and then install them one by one to see what effect they have. Some mods really kill performance.
