Look trough them manually, wont find a mod called "direction change" :)
And as i said, look trough them manually instead of a random name

Seems the OP needs someone to hold his hand at every turn.
Anyway, some other mods if you want to manipulate road lanes, traffic lights and a whole lot of other stuff:

I have no need for it, and never used it (exept for trying of course)
Those who have total control over the traffic dont need it, also the cars/trains move way to slow in my taste with that mod.
So do not see the benefit of this mod at all :/
While it does have some attractive features, it most certainly is not essential or a 'must have'.
It is also in a state of continual updating and that means there are quite often bugs with each new tweak. Tons of posts from people complaining about odd errors in game behaviour and bugged gameplay when sourced, have turned out to be this mod. Kudos though to the authors for developing it and kudos also to the swiftness they respond to the bugs they create. However, until the mod is in a final and stable form, I cannot recommend it to anyone.
They don't move any slower than in the base game, unless you activate the *optional* setting for "realistic" speeds, or if you use some of the very few new roads with low speed limits, in which case the description tells you that beforehand.
On the other hand, you can now also manually adjust speed limits on roads, so you can actually speed up your traffic a lot if you so desire.
That's kind of my point though, you can't have total control without this mod.
This mod allows you to manually set traffic lights, set speed limits, set which lanes the cars have to use at junctions. The roundabouts in the base game don't behave like proper roundabouts, with this mod, you can set the lanes and priorities correctly. I had one were it was constantly jamming, once I set the lanes and priorities right it worked flawlessly and just as one would expect from a normal roundabout.
It also allows you to set the priorities correctly for minor roads flowing into major roads.
The main road should be allowed to flow freely with the minor road having to give way.
This allows you to do that.
I can't imagine going back to the base game now, this makes it so much better and more realistic. I just think this is a must have.
It involves a lot of micro management but when you set the junctions properly it is worth it. This mod allows you to fix the vast majority of traffic problems.
Each to their own I guess, but I highly recommend trying this mod out properly.
I know most of this stuff is in the traffic manager mod, but Traffic++ combines it all.
There are some bugs but the app is constantly updated to fix most of them.
I would really like to see a major city with a fluid and flawless traffic.
And we all know what people use these mods for, and that is bypassing the objects such as traffic lights, and remove them completely, its rather a cheat in my books, but each to their own indeed.
However, the ONLY problem i have with traffic that i can get annoyed with is the no yield rule, in roundabouts etc or exeption rules for emergency vehicles.
Traffic++ is one of the better mods available for this game, but its not required.
And the reports of problems casued by this mod is enough for me to enjoy the game without it, as it works just perfectly fine without it :)...however the busslanes is rather awesome, just a shame buss sucks ;)
