Report a translation problem
I do put SINGLE powerline to a SINGLE sector, then when the sector is developed all electrified just fine. Sometimes i do put powerline as "decorations"
IRL high voltage towers are still needed to actually connect the city to a powerplant, and here it's exactly the same
Eventually you will build over them, they will disappear and you won't need them anymore anyway since your city spreads the power itself.
That's how it goes for me anyway.
