Electricity can be very tricky... 625 can give you 99 and not 100, so it is normal for me to try if my assets works the way I wanted them and if not, well another round with the assets editor till it works ^^.
240kW can be 1500 -> 200kW = 2*625=1250 +250 for the missing 40kW.
Asset: Park 4x4
Asset Property x factor x unit = ingame value
Electricity Consumption 1 x 16 KW
Construction Cost 1 x 1 ¢
Maintenance Cost 1 x 0.16 ¢/week
Water Consumption 1 x 16 m³/week
Entertainment Accumulation 1 x 0.54 "Entertainment"
Entertainment Radius 1 x 0.125 "Radius"
Garbage accumulation is tricky: for property 1000 the first sign appears after 3 ingame days, the red sign appears after 6 ingame days without any connection to garbage facility. for property 100 it takes much longer.
The real ingame maintenance cost seems to be dependent on the amount of visitors and can be lower.
The same factors apply for a 4x8 park, so i think size does not matter.
Numbers get rounded on different decimals depending on stat.
I did not find out the maths for Llamas sighted :(
However, to close it I want to make sure people see this page, which explains all the properties and math behind the numbers in asset editor.
