Report a translation problem
All you can do about it is to get some sewage treatment plants off the workshop so you don't have to dump it into the sea, and/or build some pumps (not connected to your water supply system, of course!) to suck the stuff back up.
on starting area, water towers for water, sewage on the beach, as far out as possible.
once i got the tile that accesses ocean to the right side thats where i put the water treatment plants (the ones from basic game, not workshop) and water pumps on the original beach, on the side that was clean.
i havent checked yet but i think after a long while the first dirty beach will dissipate and clean up.
Firstly, I use the Eco Friendly Sewage Pump in most of my cities, which filters the sewage and pumps it deep underground. This ensures no polluted water anywhere and produces no water.

Secondly, I edited the map and gave it a river. This particular map has 2 natural pathways for one or two rivers and it was very easy when I chose to make one river in my case. It will create a large lake in the low inland basin.
