How do I disable notification?

Every second, I get a notification "Hey don't forget to check out this new DP Building XYZ." Then I clicked on that building anyway then the next second, I get the same notification. This is extremely intrusive and frustrating because I can't find any possibly way to do this. These notifications are useless and because I can't disable them using any settings, it makes me feel like the game developer just made this notification to tick people off. I mean what the hell?
Someone please make a mod or tell me how I can I disable this. I am so frustrating right now.

Options -> Misc -> Auto-open Chirper messages

Uncheck that one, and the messages will still be there, but they won't open automatically.

And in case the "chirping" sound annoys you, you can switch its volume to zero in the Audio options.

Not the chirper messages,

the ones that notify you that you unlocked a new building in the bottom bar.
Tons of these pop up when you play with all buildings unlocked mod, and i've been trying to find a solution to hide these for the last few hours.

If it annoys you so much, perhaps stop using the Unlock All Buildings mod?

This was annoying me so much as well. But the solution is easy:
Go to options -> gameplay -> uncheck "show in-game guide popups".

+1 @aztek Thank you!, I can't believe I completely missed this option! Felt stupid once I had seen it. Also, @grapplehoeker and @sindar don't be trolls, that was not an answer to the question asked, therefore not a solution, even without mods that popup become overwhelmingly annoying.
