can I play sities skylines on my PC?

I want too buy sities skylines but I think I dont have a good pc for it .... I got 2GB Ram, and I got a i3-2310M Cpu 2,10 GHz. should I buy it?

I assume you are on a 32bit OS which is not supported.
Your graphics may also lack power as you are playing on a very very weak laptop.

It would run, it may be slow and get really slow as you get larger cities. A lot depends on your video card and as the op said, is your OS setup as 32 bit or 64bit, 64 Bit is a requirement.
Your CPU is fine, you could use more ram.; if you get it just play with the various setting to find a speed that you can deal with. I would not expect it to slow to a crawl but the difference between the various speed settings may dissapear.
If you like this style of gameplay, I would suggest buying it. you may just end up picking up a new computer in a few months anyway..

You need a new computer, preferably a desktop for PC gaming. If you managed to launch the game, it'd run horribly.
