I hope that when they say it will be moddable, they mean that it will be easy to change text in the game files, and make sense of settings rather than just looking at hex or weird/undocumented keys.

There will be a German translation and it's not made by Paradox (as much as I like Paradox, their German translations have always been horrible and there were GUI issues).

Same with Polish, i don't know who makes Polish translation for Cities Skylines, but i hope that it's not paradox, there were massive GUI problems with other games, some things not even translated at all. I am just fine with English, i don't need my native Polish to be included at all, but yeah, i can see some people having problems with it (that, if made by paradox)
