Core 2 Duo e8500 +4 Gb Ram and gtx560 Ti someone plays at this or scimilary system?

Hi can tell me somone if i can play it good at an core 2 duo e8500, 4gb Ram and gforce gtx 560 ti

I use a gtx560Ti and that's fine. But your 4GB RAM may not be enough. Large cities and choosing to use customised assets will require more RaM than you have and I'd guess almost a half of your RAM is being used for something else so you only effectively have around 2.5 RAM for a game that can gobble up 3-5GB easily.
So while it may be possible to run it, it will not be a full experience.

The CPU and RAM are at minimum requirement. You will be able to play but it is very likely to lag after some thousand residents.

Dont forget the CPU, 2 cores with just 3,16GHz is barely over the minimum!

OMG! You're right! What the...?! It's a processor from 2008.... arghhh how could I have overlooked that? Sigh now my whole reply to him is a complete disaster.

If you want really big cities then no, i bought the game and was unsure about if i could even run it, my pc is really bad.

3 Ghz AMD Athlon II x4,
AMD Radeon 6450
4 Gigabyte ram

So far my biggest city of 36 k was still playable, but doesn't run fluidly. If you care about fps it will be low, there will be stutter, but at least i haven't had a single crash

Edited previous post. Also note that beside the specs, my computer doesn't run good anymore and i have more waiting time when opening a browser than when opening this game :)

Then i don't think it would not run very well at all. If you possibly can afford to upgrade cpu, though i guess that you can get a much better one very cheap. I really don't know how much of my cpu it uses, i guess my low fps/stutter is mostly because of my graphic card and low ram, but i would not recomend getting it with such a low end cpu

And hum sorry to ask that, but... in my old PC I had 4gb ram installed... yes but as I was running a 32bits system... I still could use only 3... and as I know the marketing states you have 4gb in that case...
I have never seen anyone mentioning that you HAVE to be on 64bits system... so make sure your system is indeed a 64bits

There are multiple threads and even Totalymoo stated more then once that you need 64bit.
