Well for a start your system specs would be an awesome idea!
System Model: 500-c60
Processor: AMD A6-5200 APU w/ Radeon HD Graphics, 4 CPUs, ~2.0GHz
(let me know if you need the memory for my computer)
Card Name: AMD Radeon HD 8400
Display Memory: 4081 MB
Dedicated Memory: 497 MB (i think)
Shared Memory: 3584 MB
Resolution: 1440 x 900 32 bit 60 Hz
Monitor name & Model: HSD HF199H / HF199H
From a quick search this is a tower? If so id look into getting a dedicated graphics card.
If so run it from your mains power not battery and also disable and power saving software or operating system settings.
That CPU is really slow as is the gfx, i would not touch a laptop (for gaming) especially one with such a slow cpu / gfx. If indeed it is a laptop
Does anybody have a reccomendation for cheap gfx cards that would support the game? I can only spend about $60 US
As I said, Paradox said my PC would be able to handle med-max settings on skylines.
If you can reccomend something under $60 that would fix my problem, go ahead.
he could have 16 gig of ram, 3ghz processor and he would still be on low graphics due to the inadequate power of his graphics.
It has a rating of 357, a 6770 which im using at the moment for medium graphics has 1,668 a 660gtx is 4,119.

I've said before, I have a PC, not a notebook.
You're best bet is to google upgrading this machine or contacting HP.
The UEFI of desktop variants of AMD APUs usually allow you to set the VRAM up to 2gb. Perhaps it's a good start to try to do the same with your Kabini A6-5200. What Mainboard do you use?
