Water pump/pipe issues?
I began my first city the other day and although I had piping throughout with 4 pumps, people complained. Why?

look closly there might not be coverage in a small area around your piping optimal distance is 440

complaining? you mean they have the "water drop"sign ?
did you build the water pipeline nwtwork to supply all the houses with water?
and also did you build sewage station?

dont bother with chirper

things you should check to see if the status of your services is fine is, by using the menu that opens on the top left corner , see when you are choosing the water status if the bars are in the green , if they are you are good , if theyare near the middle or lower , then you need to build more water pump stations, for each warer pumb station you always build one sweage station .

as for chirper i personaly dont bother , always use the top left and see coverage and quality of your services in order to know if you need more stations etc.

If the chirper says there's a water problem it means you missed an area (or more) with the pipes.

If you zoom out and pan around the city there should be a water drop in red somewhere...(or an abandoned building)

If the complaint was about dirty water, make sure the sewage place is downstream of your water pumps (open up water building panel, click on water pump and check the arrow direction on the water).
