i personally just wonder why the game has the option to turn taxes to 29% when every single building (even with max happiness and lvl) will comp`lain above 14%

i usually tax at 13 no one complained very much

also i wonder why they dont allow higher taxes at all i mean if it is paradise on earth and you get alot of things for free why will they ♥♥♥♥♥ when taxes are at 35-40%

also this wonder why there is no social policies except that of education and transport
why not free medical?

ungrateful peasants!

You need higher land value and more reasons for people to live in you city. You could try raising taxes and then waiting for all the complainers to move out

14% is the highest I can go before everyone starts complaining, redardless of demand.

12% on everything from the start never had issues, 13% is ok for offices after you get those going
