Everyone getting sick randomly?
Well I have a city of 38k and no real issues yet until now. All of the sudden after finishing up expanding far away(to get oil) and returning to my main city I noticed a ton of sick symbols. I checked my hospital and it was overbooked, so I built a new one. Then the sick numbers increased so did nothing. Now people are dying? I have no pollution, and the noise pollution is rather low.

With well connected hospitals:

I am not sure what happened in the last 15 minutes lol... Thanks for any help!

*edit* I thought it might be a water pollution thing, as one of my pumps was on the edge of a light brown colored lake. I moved it and waited though, and now even more buildings are showing as sick :(. This makes no sense..

Check your water lines. You might have some sewage being pumped in.

Yea I just checked and moved all my pumps further away from polluted water(one was on the edge). But after waiting a long time my lines still show pollution and now I have over 6k sick :(. So I don't think it's coming from that can ground pollution get into pipes somehow from industry?

See your pollution overlay, if water pollution is even 1% it will start to cause sickness. If there is any water pollution, then find the source. Apart from proximity of water pumps to sewage outlets, known sources are either Water Towers or the modded Water Treatment Plants. If you have either of those, remove them.

Thanks in my oil area I built a watertower originally, and then ended up connecting it to my main water pipes after forgetting sewage needs to be dumped. The watertower was somehow infecting my entire city lol even though it should only supply a small area :P. I got it under control after upgrading a few main roads in my residential area for all of the ambulances and hearses running around. I ended up losing over 5k population though :(.

Thanks again!
