Will sewage going into a pond cause it to overfill?
I tried googling, but no one seems to have asked/know the answer. Only theories that its dynamic and will.

Will sewage going into a pond cause it to overfill? Or is water/sewage stagnant, and it will stay the same no matter what?

You could be the first player to test it out and come back to us with the results!! :P

You mean you want to make a ♥♥♥♥ lake...
A lake flowing with ♥♥♥♥.
Except it won't be flowing.

But umm yeah try it out it's possible. I downloaded some savegames lately to have a look and learn from others cities and I saw one direct all sewage into a pond. the water level might have risen but it didn't go crazy no, and it was a lot of sewage. Like 10+ treatment plants.

Lets not assume he is stupid, i read it as he did not know if the game mechanics would act real in this manner, the water dynamics in the game are not that realistic after all, it's more like warm jello than water.

Yes it will... I just drowned my lovely city that I worked about 8 hours on in loads of ♥♥♥♥... Best gaming day I've had in years.

Lagoon septic systems are quite common in certain area's of the world. Be a good idea to check out how the real world works before thinking someone is stupid.

I meant in the game obviously or I wouldn't have posted this in the game forum :P

because most games wouldn't have a mechanic like that where you can overfill a pond with sewage lol
Trent Mar 30, 2015 @ 5:40pm
The fact that you can do this is glorious and probably the best argument against multiplayer. (even though I want MP) I would do everything I could to flood a neighboring city in a tide of poo.
Dexter Mar 30, 2015 @ 5:47pm
MP in the form of checking out other people's cities and making their cities your trading partners via an asyncronous mechanism is as far as I want it to go.

Basically, the good ideas left over from SC 2013.

For such a small team, I rather CO make their Single player game better than cater to the multiplayer crowd, since the 500k+ sales are on people who bought it for the SP.
