How do I elevate roads?
I saw some peoples cities with raised roads and lowered roads, but I see nowhere in game to do that unless I am missing something? I am trying to run a road over the highway that starts on the map to get to the other side and build up.

Page up and Page down.

You can click once to start a section of road - Page up to elevate it and the game will try to slope it accordingly.

there are pop ups from time to time that tell you, but its not very intuative if you have no idea. it should be shift and cntrl or something like that
