Low Density Vs High Density
Once you unlock high density buildings is their any point in building low density. Are there benefits having both?

Well, low density is... low density. It's useful for little industrial towns for example, that doesn't need a lot of population.

It is perhaps mainly for aesthetic reasons. I personnally find cities of all high density very boring looking, not much personality. As such I generally have like a 1:5 ratio in modern city building games like this with the high density being the 20% and the low density being the 80%.

I really wish there was a medium density in this game as well.

Does it help out traffic like it serves less people?

Ok I was just wondering considering I am trying to grow my population at the moment and i know high density allows more people.

High density attracts adults, so if you build a bunch of them you will find they will all die at around the same time (at least that seems to be what's happening to me). Low density will have mostly families so it might give your city a more balanced population

I use low density for the inner city, with a small percentage of high density residential. In the suburbs the largest part is high density.

Low density has my preference, due to less traffic and less service demand.

high denc houses more people but they are mostly adults/ young adults and tourusts

low denc is for people who want to have familys and houses from kids to senors

the people who move into high denc apartments might not have the education to fillin for jobs

your gonna need a low denc child to grow up threw schools
