Landfill Site is not working!

So i've started a new city, and i've reached 1000 pop. and got my landfill site, but it's bugged. It's saying 0/15 trucks in use then 1/15 trucks in use and then back 0/15 trucks in use, but the demanding for collecting trash is rly high, but there are no trucks in use. I have no mods activated.

Does not look as if they have power. Hard to tell. why did you build 2 for 1000 pop by the way?

ok, i've kinda found the solution, just removed all the road and got it back on.

Land fill does need it, incinerators don't. As for the problem, looking at the 2nd screen shot looks like the wagons can't turn left down the road towards the buldings - look at the green road, no green down the left - guess you have one way roads there

Was the road to it's left one way? that would explain why it didnt turn green.

You say adjusting the road fixed the problem. In the screenshot the road to the area that needs pickup close to the dumps is not coloured. I'm guessing you had a long one-way loop. Since only the road leading away from the dump is coloured green ( = serviced) I'd guess the loop is broken/not connected outside of frame. Or possibly the loop is just too long for the trucks to find the garbage.
