How to get farms?

I saw one guy had a farm in his city, but when I go to my city game. I don't have any agriculture buildings to build a farm. Any clue how to get it?

Use the zone tool to paint a zone over fertile ground and then designate it for farming using the farming zone tool. Then, draw roads and paint industrial. Any industrial buildings within that zone will be farming industry. The same goes for forestry, ore, or oil. Enjoy!

Layout area over farm land. District, set District to farm via district screen, the tractor. Farms will grow under district.
