There's also some assets in the Workshop that give you insane income if you'd rather go that route.
Try reading the post above yours. Go to the main menu. Click "Content Manager", then go to "mods" on the left hand side. "Unlimited Funds" is there, click the check-box next to it.
I think why bother would that seriously not spoil the challenge of the game if you can still call it that after turning on a cheat mode. You can build anything granted but not having to work for it would make it so less rewarding if you ask me.
Oh you mean just like the actual game? After you've grown a rather small city, you can literally leave it for hours and come back to a fortune.

At Main Menu where you start a "New Game" from you should see the "Content Manager"
Click on the "Content Manager"
Click on "Mods"
Click on the box - Unlimited Money (ON/OFF) .
Push Esc to go back to the Main Menu and Start a New Game, Load Game or Continue Game.
Thats it..
