Top down view of map
Hello. Looked around and couldn't find another discussion about this. So here it goes.

Is there a way to see the map from straight above? I've tried everything I can think of and no luck. Am I missing something? I hate trying to lay roads out from an angle.

Thanks in advance.

You could always press/hold the middle mouse button to move the camera to a birdseye view.

I try that. But never seems to get right above the view. I'm always off at an angle. Maybe something is not right?

Guess I should have mentioned I'm on a Mac. Figured it out but it took some remapping of keys to work. Problem somewhat solved.

Think by default the cam tilt is oddly "r" and "end", but I was able to put into top-down using them.

Yeah. Using this itty-bitty keyboard is resulting in more work than necessary. I moved the camera controls to the arrows (which, for some reason, didn't have anything assigned to them). Now I can see straight down. Was driving myself nuts because I couldn't make parallel roads that were separated by a little distance.
