BEFORE YOU ASK: Test your system specs here!
This is NOT an official site but it works fine with most computers.

http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

Test your hardware here BEFORE you ask if you can run the game.

Thanks :)

It seems I may be in the same boat unfortunately, it says my NVS 5200M doesn't meet the minimum. I was hoping that since I was able to run the latest Sim City I'd be able to run this game...
That site is cool but it has some wrong answers. Try to see if your GC are better, in a comparatif board, than the minimum and recommended GC

Here's another good site to compare your PC to certain recommened builds.

http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=20635&game=Cities:%20Skylines

This site is obviously not designed to test Surface Pro 3. The detection finds the hardware all wrong. It also says I fail the minimum requirements for Cities XXL yet I run it fine on high (shadows turned off).

With Throttle Stop on its a i5 4300 3.0 Ghz.
Just for the sake of CPU clarity: i ran the test program and passed the minimum settings but failed the recommended settings because of my i7-4700HQ CPU (which runs at 2.4 GHz). However this CPU is a fairly high quality gaming CPU (given its on an ASUS laptop) and can turbo to 3.4 GHz. Would i have been better of buying a rig with a cheaper i5 running at a higher base frequency ie 3.0-3.5 Ghz?

So it seems it's impossible to play with 32bitOS. Oh well.

Yes, it only supports 64bit.

I am not a mac user but I think in this web http://www.macgamestore.com/product/4161/Cities-Skylines-Deluxe-Edition/ you can compare your specs with the required for mac users. Just try it with the button "Get the app" in the section "WILL IT RUN?".
SRQL is a terrible website. You're better off using game-debate if you know your hardward specs since that actually calculates the real performance of everything that you have. System Requirements Lab just reads the "number" of the video card and processor but doesn't actually determine if it's truly above minimum requirements. Just a little heads up :).

It works... but I recomend only using it for seeing if "IT WILL RUN". Don't recomend buying from the store
