I found this when searching for "DLGamer safe?"

Also the people in the comments of this page don't seem to like it either.

I would suggest. http://steamcommunity.com/app/255710/discussions/0/606068060840195446/

Green man gaming is a site I've used for years. I just picked up the Deluxe version for around 32 dollars (28 euros).

Yeah used GMG before, I'll go with that, thanks.

DL Gamer are legit, although people do tend to have issues with them more then most other stores.

As Wu Ziheng said, GMG have CIties: Skylines and they are a great story (among the best) and if you use their discount code the price is the same as DL Gamer. (£24 for Deluxe)

I think the phrase "Buyer Beware" applies to some of the sites out there offering Steam Keys, I've had no issues with GMG, Humble or Indie Gala. I have heard of issues with DL Gamer but never used them.

Do not buy from DLGamer.

After you purchase from them, they then require a bunch of extra personal information before you can get your game key (but they already have your money). This includes phone number, but they don't support all phones. They don't like my VOIP line (they recommend using a landline instead, but who has a landline in 2018?!) so I'm stuck in support hell until they decide to refund me or just give me the game I already paid for.

Ugh.

Humble Bundle are having a sale,

https://www.humblebundle.com/store/search?sort=bestselling&search=cities%20skylines

even the DLC are on sale, and you get a steam key, or a DRM free version. (this is a legit site)

They aren't legit if they're selling a DRM free version of this game. It doesn't exist unless it's a pirated version. i.e. not legit.

I got download links for the DLC, not got the game, (As I got that on steam) so don't think the game is downloadable, only the DLC, but not sure how that will work, as I just used the steam key to activate.

Edit, I checked the link, in the email, it just takes you to the steam key generator page.

My mistake, you DON'T download anything.

so it is fully legit.

Perhaps the site doesn't let you cancel payments instantly?
