Instead I have to try to be a horrible mayor making swathes of derelict structures.
I want the answer about if its WORTH BUYING, not worth achieving the requirements, I mean... Does a unique building give any more land value than a small park?
Only for the purposes of getting and building the endgame monuments are they worth having around.
Well, nobody here knows exactly what the buildings really give. Right now, we asume they only give happines. But they are not Parks, they count different, are another level of building.
Is it worth to build them? Definetly if you want monuments at 75k population. Eden Project, Hadron Colider and Fusion Power Plant are right now the best buildings ingame. If you want to place them, you have to build the unique buildings.
unlocking them is easy, except form the court house. But once unlocked, you have them avaiable in every game.
Sounds like you need to actually read up buddy...
