(better) autosave mod?
There's currently two autosave mods on the workshop but neither fit what I would expect for a decent autosave experience. I'd make one myself but I haven't a clue where to begin or even if I'd be capable (I have a little programming experience, but never scripted/modded for a game before).

Basically, the way I would WANT it to work is you have ONE save (folder) for a city. So your saves menu doesn't get cluttered with countless backups. Then for each city, there are a configurable number of backups, default of maybe five, that get processed in order at a configurable rate, default of 10-15 minutes. As they fill up, the oldest one gets deleted, but you always have multiple backups to revert to this way, as well as your manual save, PLUS, the autosaves are per city so there's no chance of it overwriting backups for OTHER cities.

The other mods on the workshop only support one save, so you can't go back multiple steps should you roally fluff up, and they overwrite that one save regardless of which city you are playing, meaning you could accidentally lose an entire save if you're not careful.

I would hope for something a bit like the Session Manager plugin I use for firefox, or the character manager I use for Skyrim (forget what it is called right now...)

If anyone could help me acheive this, or even take it on as a request, I would be extremely grateful. I have not yet lost a save, but it is a constant fear, and the current autosave solutions are so limited. Thanks!
