otherwise the best any of us can do is flip a coin.
remember that if you are NOT running a 64 bit operating system it's a waste of time to try to run it.
if you have to ask what a 64 bit OS is then don't bother to try.
I don't have the game, but I'm thinking of buying it.
I'm just posting so I can watch this thread.
Edit:Bought it. Will play it later.
i have a similar setup. x3 720 with 4th core unlocked and overclocked to run at 3.2. same videocard. 4 gigs ram. the game runs ok with smaller city sizes of about 50,000 or less. some lag when zooming out or moving the camera quickly on larger cities like 150k plus. 250k-500k maps can get annoying. i 'm not that good just loaded a few saves to test my puter. load times on new games and saves take a good bit of time. your cpu is only 2.6 mhz? i'm running at 1080 resolution. i'm really on the fence on recommeding you try it. i only spent a few minutes looking at large population maps but i don't think you'd enjoy playing them even if they ran.
That videocard is absolute garbage. I will say no, it will run at 15 fps at most.
